How much is shipping?
U.S. shipping is free on orders over $75, and a $5.95 flat rate applies under $75. Orders process in 1–3 business days and arrive 3–7 business days after shipping. See our Shipping Policy.
How do I find my size?
Each product page lists available sizes and a size chart. Shoes use U.S. women's sizes. Between sizes, size up for a relaxed fit, or email your measurements and we will recommend a size.
What is your return policy?
Unworn, unwashed items with tags attached can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the return. See our Refund Policy.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes — email us within 30 days. If your new size is in stock, we ship it once your original item arrives.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. We ship within the United States, including APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
How do I track my order?
We email a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
How do I care for my pieces?
Follow the care label on each piece. Most dresses and tops do best on a cold, gentle wash and hanging to dry; tailored sets, sequins and tulle should be hand washed or dry cleaned.
