Return & Refund Policy
We want customers to feel confident when shopping with us. This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged items, incorrect items, and order concerns are handled for products purchased through our website.

- The return package is shipped back within 7 days after return instructions are issued
- The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- The item is free from stains, odors, makeup marks, deodorant marks, pet hair, smoke, fragrance, or signs of wear
- The item is returned with original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories where applicable
- The item is not marked as final sale, clearance, non-returnable, or otherwise excluded
- The customer provides proof of purchase or order confirmation
Returned items are inspected after arrival. Items that do not meet our return requirements may be refused, returned to the customer, or refunded partially at our discretion where permitted by law.
Return Window

Once a return request is approved, the return package should be shipped back within 7 days after return instructions are issued. Returns received outside the approved return period may be refused or handled at our discretion unless required otherwise by applicable law.
Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted. Return instructions must be followed carefully to avoid delays or refusal of the return.
Non-Returnable Items
Some products are not eligible for return because of hygiene, condition, availability, safety, or promotional restrictions. Non-returnable items may include:
- Final sale items
- Clearance or deeply discounted merchandise
- Gift cards
- Items that have been worn, washed, used, altered, damaged, stained, or scented
- Beauty, bath, personal care, or hygiene-related items that have been opened, used, or unsealed

- Food, snack, or edible items unless damaged or incorrect upon arrival
- Pet gift items that have been used, opened, or damaged after delivery

If an item is marked as final sale or non-returnable, it cannot be returned unless it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, customers should email support@270onbroadway.com with the following information:
- Order number
- Name used on the order
- Email address used at checkout
- Item name and quantity being returned
- Reason for the return
- Photos if the item arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete
After the request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions if the item is eligible. Customers should not send products back until return instructions have been issued.

Customers are responsible for packing return items securely. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping proof of shipment until the return has been processed.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to customer preference, sizing, fit, style choice, color choice, duplicate order, or change of mind, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated by our support team.
If the return is due to our error, such as an incorrect item, missing item, damaged product, or confirmed defective item, we will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution based on the situation.
Original shipping promotions, free shipping offers, or outbound shipping arrangements do not automatically include free return shipping unless clearly stated in writing.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be available depending on product type and inventory. Because boutique-style products may be limited in quantity, we cannot guarantee that another size, color, scent, style, or replacement item will be available.
If an exchange is approved, we will provide instructions by email. In some cases, the fastest way to secure a desired item may be to place a new order after the original return has been approved.
Refunds
Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify the customer whether the refund has been approved or declined.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, card issuer, or financial institution.
We cannot control how long a bank or payment provider takes to post a refund after it has been issued.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued in certain situations, including but not limited to:
- Items returned with missing packaging, tags, labels, or accessories
- Items showing minor condition issues that prevent resale as new

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Items Damaged After Delivery
We are not responsible for damage caused by improper use, normal wear and tear, washing, alteration, misuse, accidental damage, improper storage, exposure to heat or moisture, failure to follow care instructions, or handling after delivery.
Apparel, accessories, beauty items, bath products, decor, and gift items should be used and cared for according to any product labels, instructions, or care guidance provided.
Lost or Missing Return Packages
Customers are responsible for return packages until they are received by us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
We are not responsible for return packages that are lost, delayed, misdelivered, damaged in transit, or sent to the wrong address unless otherwise required by law.
Order Cancellations
Customers should contact us as soon as possible if they need to cancel an order. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped.
If an order has already shipped, the customer may need to follow the return process after delivery.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused, unclaimed, returned due to an incorrect address, or cannot be delivered because of customer-provided information, we will review the returned order before determining the next step.
Depending on the circumstances, the order may be eligible for reshipment, refund, store credit, or cancellation. Any related costs may be deducted from an eligible refund where permitted by law.
